Shipping and Returns

We take care in preparing each piece to ensure it arrives exactly as intended.

Shipping

Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with the hygiene liner intact.

Due to the delicate and limited nature of our pieces, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are final sale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
